This Privacy Policy applies to Clarvio and its website https://clarvio.app (the "Site"). It outlines how we collect, store, use, and share information through our services (collectively, the "Services"), as well as our practices regarding the handling of personal data and user information. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information You Provide to Us
The personal information we collect may vary depending on how you engage with our Services. We may collect: (a) Account Information — name, email address, account ID, and subscription information; (b) Inquiry Information — content of messages sent through contact forms or email; (c) Subscription preferences and tracked-account selections; (d) Information from surveys or testimonials you submit voluntarily. The Administration does not collect or store full payment card numbers — all transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor.
3. Information Automatically Collected
When you use our Services, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect device and usage information, including: IP address, operating system, device type and version, browser type and version, the URL entered, referring page, date/time of visit, and time spent on our Services. We also collect analytics data such as pages visited, links clicked, and feature usage. This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the Services.
4. Public Instagram Data
Clarvio analyzes publicly available Instagram profile data that you choose to track, including posts, stories, highlights, follower counts, engagement signals, and other public metrics. We do not access private posts, direct messages, or any data that requires Instagram account credentials. We do not request or store your Instagram password.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve our Services; (b) process subscriptions and transactions through our payment processor; (c) communicate service updates, security notices, and respond to support requests; (d) detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues; (e) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (a PCI-DSS-compliant provider). We do not collect, store, or handle full payment card numbers; these are transmitted directly to the payment processor and processed under their compliance program. The payment processor handles your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive limited transaction metadata (success/failure, last 4 digits, payment method type) for accounting and customer support purposes.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (including pixels, SDKs, scripts, and logging technologies) to operate the Services, remember preferences, analyze usage, and provide security. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some parts of the Services may not function properly without cookies.
8. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to help us operate our platform and deliver Services. These currently include our payment processor (subscription billing), Supabase (database and authentication), and analytics providers. These third parties have access to information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Each third party is governed by its own privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
