Because Clarvio is a digital subscription service that delivers data instantly, refunds are limited. We honor refunds when we continuously fail to deliver the service or when the product is materially not-as-described — submit a request to support@clarvio.app within 7 days of purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately; the current paid cycle is not refunded.

Yes. Dashboard → Settings → Cancel Subscription. Monthly stops at the next billing date; Quarterly and Yearly continue through the current paid cycle, then stop. No retention emails, no hoops.
